Data processed

The contact form may process your name, company name, email address and message. The system also stores the time of the enquiry and its handling status.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the information to respond, assess the requested service and manage customer relationships. Processing is based on steps before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to messages.

Retention and recipients

Information is retained only for as long as needed to handle the matter and meet legal obligations. Service providers and data locations will be specified before launch.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion and object to processing within the limits of applicable law. Send requests to hello@ainet.fi. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Visitor statistics and cookies

The site counts page views and approximate unique visitors without analytics or marketing cookies. Raw IP addresses and browser identifiers are not stored. Instead, the server creates a one-way identifier protected by a secret key. Daily statistics and identifiers are deleted after no more than 90 days. Do Not Track is respected. The result is approximate: one person may be counted more than once across devices, and several people may use the same device.
